MacGregor’s two-tiered all-glass dining room offers an intimate dining experience overlooking the Susquehanna River and Amtrak Bridge. Deck available year-round (enclosed during the colder months). MacGregor’s Pearl Bar is the only outside-bar with a Water View in Harford County! Also voted Best Place to Bring Out-of-Towners by Best of Harford, 2018.

We pride ourselves on sensational cuisine, scenic views, and hospitality. Reservations are suggested, large parties accepted and children are always welcome!
